Introduction and Placing an Order

1.1) These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by AattamNirvana ("we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you" or "your"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2) You place an order for our services by accepting our quotation, either by signing and returning a copy to us or by allowing us to commence services.

1.3) By doing so, you agree to purchase our services under these Terms and Conditions. Together, our quotation, these Terms and Conditions, and your order form the complete contract between us.

1.4) You acknowledge that you are entering into this contract voluntarily, without coercion or misrepresentation, and have made your decision with careful consideration after attending a Free Clarity Call.

1.5) We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend a quotation at any time before your acceptance. Any quotation that remains unaccepted for 30 days from the date of issuance will automatically become invalid.

Rendering of Services

2.1) We provide professional services both online and in person. The specific details of the service, including the term and duration, are outlined in the quotation and order confirmation.

2.2) We commit to delivering our services professionally, ethically, and with integrity, striving to complete them within the estimated timeframe. However, all timelines are estimates.

2.3) We may modify the services to ensure compliance with any applicable legal or safety requirements and will notify you if such modifications are necessary. These Terms and Conditions apply to any related goods supplied unless specified otherwise.

Booking and Payment

3.1) All bookings must be made via our official website www.aattamnirvana.com or other agreed-upon methods, such as email.

3.2) Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

3.3) Accepted payment methods: Online Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and Debit Card.

3.4) All fees are non-refundable (see Section 7 – Refund Policy).

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

4.1) We take all reasonable measures to safeguard, respect, and honour your confidentiality.

4.2) You must reciprocate this respect by not disclosing materials, processes, or teachings used in delivering the services, as they are bespoke to your circumstances and are specifically designed to enhance your healing and support your journey.

4.3) All materials provided, including worksheets, guides, and session recordings (if applicable), remain our intellectual property and must not be copied, shared, or distributed.

Code of Conduct and Client Responsibilities

5.1) All client discussions and information shared during sessions will remain confidential.

5.2) We may disclose information if required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to you or others.

5.3) Clients must ensure a safe and private environment when attending online sessions.

5.4) Professional and respectful engagement is required during sessions. Disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may lead to termination of services without a refund.

5.5) We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1) Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours' notice.

6.2) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be subject to a cancellation fee as quoted in your contract.

6.3) We may reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

7.1) At AattamNirvana, we value our clients and strive to maintain high standards while delivering quality services. We appreciate that life happens and personal circumstances may change.

7.2) We are committed to assisting our clients and offering flexible solutions tailored to their needs.

7.3) We DO NOT offer monetary refunds for any of our services or products. Instead, a Credit Note will be issued, which can be utilised within 12 months for any of our available services or offerings.

GDPR Compliance and Data Protection

8.1) In compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, we are committed to protecting your personal data.

8.2) We collect and process personal information only as necessary to provide our services.

8.3) Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties, except where required by law.

8.4) You have the right to request access to, rectify, or delete your personal data where legally permitted.

8.5) By using our services, you consent to us storing and processing your data per these regulations.

8.6) Third-Party Processing Disclaimer: While we take reasonable steps to protect your confidentiality, we are not liable for any breach of confidentiality or personal information caused by third-party processing or information retention (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage providers).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2) Legal Rights and Compliance: AattamNirvana complies with all applicable UK laws and regulations regarding:

  • The provision of services
  • Client confidentiality
  • Financial transactions
  • Data protection

9.3) Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.4) This agreement does not limit your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
